摘要
文章通过重车碾压的土层压力试验,总结出车辆载荷引起土层应力的分布规律,建立了重车碾压对管道影响的有限元分析模型,提出了应力在土壤中沿深度方向变化的计算公式,计算了管道安全的最低埋设深度。现场测试与数值计算表明:对埋深大于1.5m且上覆土层均匀密实的管道,车辆荷载导致的管道附加应力值一般小于0.1MPa,与管道强度和管道内气压相比,不会造成管道的疲劳破坏。
Through the soil pressure test by rolling action of a heavy loading truck, the distribution rule of soil layer stresses was summarized. A finite element analysis model was established. The formula of soil stress with soil depth was presented and the minimum pipeline buried depth assuring pipeline safety was calculated. Field test and numerical calculation proved that for the buried pipeline covered by uniform compacted soil of more than 1.5 m thickness, the additional stress of pipeline induced by truck load was generally less than 0.1 MPa and did not lead to fatigue failure of the pipeline.
