埋地输气管道腐蚀缺陷分析及修复对策 被引量:7

摘要 文章以天津大港油田至沧州的D529mm×7mm管道投产后的1999年至2008年的历年大修为例,分析了埋地输气管道腐蚀因素和特点,在总结该管道防腐层历年大修的基础上,根据管道腐蚀程度不同,分别提出采用防腐层更新或换管、采用内衬高密度聚乙烯管、采用100%固含量聚氨酯涂料、采用碳纤维复合修复和Clockspring复合管道修复等技术对管道进行修复和补强的方法,同时对今后管道的日常管理及防腐层大修提出了建议。 In this paper, annual overhaul of the D 529 mm × 7 mm natural gas pipeline from Tianjin Dagang Oilfield to Cangzhou during 1999 to 2008 is taken as an example to analyze corrosion factors and charac-teristics of buried gas pipelines. Based on the summary of the pipeline coating annual overhaul in the past 10 years, kinds of commonly used repair and strengthening methods are suggested, i.e. replacement of pipes or coatings, repair using HDPE lining pipe, carbon fiber composite pipe or Clockspring composite pipe, use of 100% solid content polyurethane coating. At the same time, constructive proposals are also offered for the future routine pipeline management and coating overhaul.
