摘要
先天性无阴道是因副中肾管未发育或副中肾管尾端发育停滞而未向下延伸所致的一种先天发育缺陷，人工阴道成形术的手术方法很多，腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术是一种安全、有效、创伤小的手术方式，可以提高先天性无阴道患者的生活质量。
Congenital absence of vagina is congenital malformation due to incapacity of development of paramesonephric duct or stop of development of the terminal of paramesonephric duct and failure of extension. There are many Surgery methods of vaginoplasty, the mode of laparoscopic peritoneum vaginoplasty is safe and effective and less traumatic, and it can reform the patients＇ life quality.
