摘要
建立了一种新的测定氧气中微量氩、氮的检测方法。选择炭质吸附剂CNA531、CNA228和分子筛CNA139按最佳配比组成复合柱,室温或45℃下,氩、氮、氧等依次在该色谱柱上流出,在高灵敏度热导气相色谱仪上检测出各自的含量。氩、氮的检测限为8×10-6(V/V)
A new method is proposed for chromatographically determining the microconstituents of argon and nitrogen in oxygen. Argon, nitrogen and oxygen are sequentially separated at ambient temperature or 45℃ via the complex column with CNA531 (carbon adsorbent), CNA228 (carbon adsorbent) and CNA139 (molecular sieve) as the fixed phase. The contents of said gases are detected, respectively, by a highlysensitive thermoconductive gas chromatograph. Both argon and nitrogen can be detected down to 8×10^-6.
