桃红四物汤和四妙汤对大鼠膝关节骨性关节炎白介素-1β和白介素-6含量的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Taohongsiwu decoction and Simiao decoction on the expressions of interleukin-1β and interleukin-6 in rat knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的探索桃红四物汤和四妙汤防治膝关节骨性关节炎的机制及其作用特点,为辨证施治提供依据。方法选用Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、四妙汤组、桃红四物汤组和吲哚美辛组,后4组进行膝关节骨性关节炎模型制作,用药6周后处死动物,进行病理切片、HE染色及免疫组化染色。结果桃红四物汤组和吲哚美辛组大鼠与模型对照组相比较,白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),四妙汤治疗组中IL-1β和IL-6均与模型对照组无明显区别。结论桃红四物汤比四妙汤更能有效地抑制Hulth法诱导的膝关节骨性关节炎模型滑膜组织中IL-1β及IL-6的含量。 Objective To investigate the mechanisms of Taohongsiwu decoction and Simiao decoction in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Taohongsiwu decoction group, Simiao decoction group and indometacin group. Six weeks later, the rats were executed, and their knee tissues were dyed with HE staining and immunohistochemical staining. Results The levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were lower in Taohongsiwu decoction group and indometacin group than in model control group, and their degrees varied between Taohongsiwu decoction group and indometacin group. There were no significant differences in IL-1β and IL-6 between Simiao decoction group and model control group. Conclusion IL-1β and IL-6 are closely related with the knee osteoarthritis caused by injury. Taohongsiwu decoction and indometacin can decrease the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in the localized tissues of the knee but Simiao decoction cannot.
