摘要
目的调查兰州市分离志贺菌株的毒力基因型。方法常规分离志贺菌,应用聚合酶链反应检测志贺菌肠毒素1基因(set1A和set1B)、志贺菌肠毒素2基因(sen)、侵袭性质粒抗原H基因(ipaH)、侵袭相关位点基因(ial)和多重调控基因(virA)。结果兰州市志贺菌毒力基因virA、set1A阳性率为100%;ipaH阳性率为93.7%;ial、sen、set1B阳性率分别为56.2%、62.5%、25.0%,set1B仅在福氏志贺菌Ⅳ型中检出。结论兰州市志贺菌中携带的毒力基因存在差异,virA、set1A和ipaH较稳定,可作为靶基因用于兰州市志贺菌的检验,set1B可用于筛选福氏志贺菌Ⅳ型菌株。
Objective To investigate the virulent genes of Shigella spp separated from the patients from Lanzhou city. Methods Shigella spp was separated from the patients by general methods. The virulent genes of set1A, set1B, sen, ipaH, ial and virA of Shigella spp were detected by PCR. Results The virulent genes of virA and set1A were detected in all Shigella strains. The positive rates of ipaH, ial and sen genes were 93.7%, 56.2% and 62.5%, respectively. The positive rate of set1B was 25% and it was only detected in some Shigella flexneri strains. Conclusion There are differences in the virulent genes of Shigella spp separated from the patients from Lanzhou city. VirA, set1A and ipaH present stably in Shigella strains from Lanzhou city and can be used as target genes to detect Shigella. SetlB can be used to screen the type Ⅳ strain of Shigella flexneri.
