摘要
确定挤压膨化技术对大豆染料木素提取的影响,以及超声波提取的最佳工艺条件和数学模型。在考察超声波功率等单因素对大豆染料木素得率影响的基础上,选取提取液H+浓度、超声波时间和乙醇体积分数进行三因素三水平响应曲面试验。结果表明:超声波辅助提取大豆染料木素的最佳条件为:提取液H+浓度1.19 mol/L,超声波时间51 min,乙醇体积分数80%,此条件下染料木素平均得率为0.191%,与对照相比提高了25.0%~87.3%。挤压膨化处理有利于大豆染料木素的提取,超声波技术提取大豆染料木素的效果优于传统方法。
In order to optimize the ultrasonic extrusion process and build up a mathematical model for extracting genistein from defatted soybean meal, the single factor experiments and response surface methodology experiments were set up. It was found that the optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions were as followings: 1. 19 mol/L H^+ concentration, 51 min ultrasonic extraction and 80% ethanol (φ) . The genistein yield was 0. 191%, 25.0% -87.3% higher than the control. The extrusion technique was suitable for extracting genistein. Combination with ultrasonic treatment could give higher production than traditional ethanol extraction method.
