摘要 目的观察大鼠体质表象在遗传体质模型中的演变趋势。方法按照“自然筛选-药物强化-同种体质交配传代”的方法建立寒、热、常体的体质模型,记录亲代至子4代SD大鼠遗传过程的体质表象演变情况,分析体质表象在体质遗传过程中的变化趋势及其规律。结果寒体组大鼠逐代出现体质表象的趋寒性改变,热体组大鼠逐代出现体质表象的趋热性改变,而常体组大鼠的体质表象异常变化并不明显。结论在动物的逐代垂直遗传过程中,不同性质的体质表象能够得到进一步的遗传强化而更趋向于典型。这一遗传规律,对先天禀赋与体质遗传的相关性研究具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the evolving tendency of constitutional representations in the hereditary constitutional pattern model prepared with SD rats based on an experimental study. Methods This study was designed on the evolving principles of "screened naturally, consolidating by medication and transferred through mating" among the animals with the homogenous type of constitutional pattern. Firstly, SD rats with the similar constitutional tendency of cold type, heat type or normal one were screened respectively. Then, the constitutional pattern models were prepared by various kinds of herbal medicines given nasally feeding in parental generation of rats, i.e. cold property of drug for cold constitutional pattern, hot property of drug for heat constitutional pattern and normal saline for normal constitutional pattern respectively. Followed were the further screening procedures for all the animals with the homogenous types of constitutional pattern, fed naturally in the passage process one generation by one generation. During this period, the evolving tendency and rule of hereditary constitutional patterns were closely observed and recorded in detail among the modeling animals from the parental generation through to the first filial generation until the forth filial one in an attempt to establish the naturally developed model of constitutional pattern. Results The animals in the group of cold constitutional pattern incline to become much more typical in this type of presentations until the forth filial generation, while those in heat constitutional pattern tended to show a marked tendency getting to be much more typical in this type of presentations, showing the naturally developed and consolidated tendency for the heredity of constitutional properties in a way of generation after generation gradually. However, those rats in normal pattern of constitution did not show such a changeable tendency during such a genetic evolving process. Conclusions During the vertical transmission of constitutional patterns by heredity, the presentations of various patterns of constitution can be strengthened genetically and become much more typical in their quality gradually. Such a genetic rule of constitutional presentations should be very helpful for the preparation of natural animal models with special constitutional patterns holding stable associated presentations, and this holds significantly potential implications in the research of conditions, like allergic rhinitis, showing the pathogenesis property of atopy and a correlation of native endowment with constitutional inheritance in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
