Synthesis of Pol-α-Olefin Using Fraction of Cooking Gasoline as Feedstock

摘要 以焦化汽油馏分为原料,采用碳正离子聚合的方法直接聚合聚α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油.采用L9(33)正交实验,考察了聚合温度、催化剂加入量、反应时间对烯烃转化率和聚α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油粘度的影响,其顺序是:聚合温度>催化剂加入量>反应时间.适宜的工艺条件为:聚合温度50℃,AlCl3催化剂的加入量4%,反应时间4 h,其烯烃转化率82.1%,聚α-烯烃合成润滑油基础油运动粘度(50℃)10.05 mm2.s-1,粘度指数(VI)达到120. Poly-α-olefin synthetic lubricant base oil was synthesized from fractions of cooking gasoline by carbon ions polymerization method for direct polymerization. By employing orthogonal design L9 ( 33 ), effects of polymerization temperature, catalyst quantity and reaction time on the conversion of olefins and the viscosity of poly-α-olefin lubricating base oil were studied. With extreme difference analysis, the influence of factors in the following order: polymerization temperature 〉 catalyst quantity 〉 reaction time. The result showed that the optimized conditions are at polymerization temperature 50%, catalyst AlCl3 quantity of 4% and olefin conversion of 82.1%. Under optimum conditions, the kinematic viscosity of poly-α-olefin synthetic lubricant base oil is 10.05 mm^2 · s^-1 at 50℃ ,and its viscosity index (VI) is 120.
