乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)荧光定量检测与免疫学标志物检测的比较与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解马鞍山地区HBV-DNA荧光定量检测与HBV血清标志物检测结果之间的关系。方法运用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)检测患者血清中的HBV-DNA,同时运用ELISA法检测HBV血清标志物,并对结果进行对比研究。结果HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)组患者血清HBV-DNA检出率最高为95.16%,HBsAg(+)HBeAg(-)HBcAg(+)组患者血清HBV-DNA检出率为41.46%,HBsAg(+)HBeAb(+)HBcAb(+)组患者血清HBV-DNA检出率为24.52%,HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)组HBV-DNA检出率显著高于其它各组(P<0.05)。结论HBV-DNA检测水平与血清学标志物HBeAg高度相关,两种方法联合检测对临床诊断与抗病毒药物治疗具有重要指导意义。
