摘要
随着网络化数字化进程的不断加深,近年来,国内外各类文献信息服务机构或系统都加快了服务创新的步伐,各种服务手段、技术和模式推陈出新,呈现高速发展势头。本文调研了国内外部分典型信息机构或系统,总结分析了其服务的主要做法和经验,以期对文献信息服务活动的开展有所借鉴。
This paper has investigated and summarized the progress of document and information services both at home and abroad.
