摘要
设计了一款用于较大规模制冷型面阵焦平面探测器的双视场红外光学系统。该光学系统采用二次成像的光学结构形式与切换式的视场变倍方式,实现了大倍率、小体积用于红外前视(FLIR)的光学系统设计;通过仿真,在系统的合理位置设立非均匀性校正单元与视场光阑,以提高系统的抗干扰性;微扫组件的引入,提高了系统的空间分辨率。
The design of dual-field-of-view optical system for large-format infrared focal plane arrays is described. The optical system chooses re-imaging optics configuration and rotate-in motion in order to realize high ratio and small volume for FLIR. The optical system sets the non-uniformity correction (NUC) and field stop by optics simulation to improve anti-interference. The lenses improve FLIR spatial resolution with micro-scanning.
