摘要
为了给玉米育种工作者选育抗旱自交系及抗旱新品种提供简单易测的鉴定指标,试验在玉米四个比较重要的生育时期:萌发期、苗期、开花期、灌浆期,采用人工模拟干旱胁迫的方法,通过比较形态学、发育学、生理学等方面的抗旱性鉴定指标与玉米抗旱能力的关系,通过玉米抗旱性与各指标的相关分析、灰色关联度分析、聚类分析,将种子萌发胁迫指数、幼苗反复干旱成活率、花期抗旱指数和灌浆期抗旱指数作为玉米四个生育时期的抗旱性鉴定指标,并将其定义为一级抗旱指标,并在此基础上建立了玉米种质的抗旱性技术鉴定体系,形成了玉米抗旱性鉴定技术规程,为综合评价不同玉米品种的抗旱性奠定了基础。
In order to provide a simple and feasible identifying index for corn breeders in and breeding of advanced drought-resistant cuhivars. Basing on this, the drought technical appraisal system was established and the drought technical appraisal procedure was formed on corn which can lay a foundation for comprehensive evaluation in different corn cultivars.
