摘要
以活性炭作吸附剂,用气相色谱法测定了环境空气样品中四氢呋喃的含量。实验结果表明,在最佳色谱条件下,四氢呋喃的检出限为0.3ng/mL,线性范围为(0.0006~20.00)μg/mL。用于环境空气中四氢呋喃的测定,RSD1.2%(n=6),平均回收率为98.32%。
A pre-adsorption-gas chromatography method with the active carbon as a sorbent was developed for determination of tetrahydrofuran in air. Experimental results showed that the linear range of tetrahydrofuran was (0.000 6-20.00) μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.3 ng/mL under the optimum conditions. The method is used for the determination of tetrahydrofuran in air with 1. 2% RSD and the average recovery is 98.32%.
