摘要 利用有限元方法建立螺杆泵二维模型,分析螺杆泵压力传递规律,计算螺杆泵在不同压差下的接触压力,得出临界接触压力曲线。利用临界接触压力曲线分析螺杆泵内部的压力分布规律。结果表明:螺杆泵密封腔之间的接触压力随着密封腔之间压差的增加而增加,但接触压力比压差增加速度慢,存在一个临界接触压力值;不同内压力的密封腔之间的临界接触压力构成了临界接触压力曲线,随着内压力的增加临界接触压力减小;螺杆泵内部各密封腔压力值沿着螺杆泵轴向从吸入口到排出口逐渐增加,增加速度逐渐减小,最终达到一个最大值,即此螺杆泵的最大压力值。 Based on the Finite Element Analysis method, the model of the progressive cavity pump was established, the pressure transfer law of progressive cavity pump was analyzed and the contact pressure of different pressure difference was calculated, which obtained the critical contact curves. The inner pressure distribution rules were studied by the critical contact pressure curves, and the results indicated that with the increase of seal cavity pressure difference, the contact pressure increased but the velocity increased slowly, which possessed a critical contact pressure. The critical contact pressure curves were constituted of critical contact pressure between the different inner pressure seal cavity and as the increase of the inner pressure, the critical contact pressure reduced. The different seal cavity pressure in the progressive cavity pump increases from the entrance to the exhaust along the axial direction and decreased gradually, which attaines the maximum accordingly to the largest pressure of the progressive cavity pump.
