摘要
提出了一种机器视觉检测手术器械几何尺寸的新方法。在VC++6.0和MVTec Halcon 8.0软件平台下,通过硬件系统定位器械、采集图像;利用软件系统进行手术器械图像的实时采集、图像处理、在线检测、结果输出等。可实现手术器械几何尺寸的自动检测,不合格产品报警提示,对检测结果的数据处理,生成检测报表。该系统具有实用性强、可靠性高、性价比优等特点。
A new method for machine vision detecting surgical instruments'geometric dimension is developed. Hardware system orientates instruments, collects images while software system collects real-time images and processes them, detects on line and outputs results within the software environment of VC + + 6.0 and MVTec Halcon 8.0. Surgical instruments can be detected automatically in this system, the alarm is given when they are unqualified, output results are procesed and data sheets are formed. This system has high excellences in flexibility, reliability, cost-performances and economic values.
