介绍磁性纳米多层膜中的自旋极化输运和巨磁电阻效应,利用巨磁电阻传感器和小磁钢设计一种高灵敏度位移传感器,并精确测量金属的热膨胀系数,测量金属热膨胀系数不确定度一般优于3%.
The spin-polarized transport and giant magnetoresistance in magnetic nanomultilayers are introduced, a high-sensistivity sensor is designed by GMR devices and small magnet, and thermal expansion coefficient of metal is measured accuratdy, metal uncertainty of measuring coefficient of thermal expansion is generally less than 3 %.
