摘要
介绍了水轮机微机调速器的PID基本调节规律及其控制系统的基本原理,对比位置型和增量型PID控制算法的特点,分析调速器参数对系统调节过程的影响,阐述调速器PID各环节增益整定值的计算方法和取值经验,供相关技术人员参考。
The general regulating law of the microcomputer-based governor for hydraulic turbine and the basic principle of its control system are described herein, in which the characteristics of both the incremental PID control algorithm and positional PID control algorithm are compared with the analysis on the effect of the governor parameter on the system regulating process, and then the calculation method and the value-taking experience for the setting value of gain from all the PID links of the governor are expatiated as well, so as to provide a reference for the technical personnel concerned.
