摘要
在pH4的HAcNaAc介质中,钪与二溴对羧基氯磺酚发生反应,在5min内完成显色,生成蓝色配合物,吸光度至少稳定24h,组成比为1∶3,λmax=638nm,ε为374×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钪的质量浓度在0~072mg/L符合比尔定律。试剂对轻稀土有较好的抗干扰能力。所拟方法经国家一级标准物质中钪的测定检验,结果与标准值相符。
Scandium reacts with dibrimo- p-carboxy-sulfochlorophenol in pH 4 HAcNaAc buffer solution and forms a 1∶3 blue complex, which is stability for 24 h. The maximum absorbance is at 638 nm with molar absorption of 3.73×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~0.72 mg/L for Sc. The system shows better resistance to interferences from light rare earth elements. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Sc in national standard reference materials and the results are in good agreement with recommended values.
