摘要
离析试验法是目前国内外评价聚合物改性沥青储存稳定性最常用的方法。比对了SH/T 0740—2003《聚合物改性沥青离析试验法》与JTJ 052-2000《公路工程沥青及沥青料试验规程》T0661—2000《聚合物改性沥青离析试验》的差异,用两个方法对SBS改性沥青进行了试验。结果表明,SBS类改性沥青,SH/T 0740—2003与T 0661—2000两者除T 0661—2000规定可用玻璃试管代替铝管外,其他没有实质性的技术要求区别,PE、EVA类聚合物改性沥青,两者的区别是盛样容器及试样在烘箱中的加热时间不同。SBS改性沥青两个试验方法所得到的离析结果相同。探讨了影响离析试验结果的因素,表明取样时试样的均匀程度、试样在烘箱中的静置时间,盛样管封口后的形状、盛样管的材质、盛样管的几何尺寸等是SBS聚合物改性沥青离析试验的主要影响因素。
Standard test method for separation of asphalt modified by polymer is the most common method of judging the stabilization of the modified asphalt modified by polymer in the world. After comparing the SH/T 0740 - 2003 and the JTJ 052 - 2000, The experiment had been performed with the asphalt modified by SBS in the two methods. The result shows that the modified by SBS asphalt meeting the specification, SH/T 0740 -2003 and T0661 -2000, except T 0661 -2000 stipulate that glass cube can instead of the Aluminium cube, there is not other technology difference . Asphalt modified polymers PE, EVA, the distinction of the two methods is the different heating time of the cube and sample in the oven. The two methods draw the same conclusions. Discuss the influencing factors of test for separation, it shows that the most important influencing factors are uniformity grade of the sample, the time of the sample in the oven, the shape of the sample after covering the cube, the material quality of the cube , the size of the cube.
