摘要
目的评价心电门控管电流调节冠状动脉成像的临床应用价值。方法采用回顾性心电门控管电流调节模式,72例患者进行了64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像。根据重建图像确定病变部位、严重程度及斑块性质,对图像质量进行评价。结果40例未发现异常冠状动脉片段;26例52段单发病变,13段多发病变;6例因伪影及严重钙化无法评价而排除。95.8%冠状动脉成像质量能够满足临床诊断需要。结论64层螺旋CT心电门控管电流调节冠脉成像,能够获得满足临床诊断需要的图像质量,而心率快和扫描时心率变化大是图像质量下降的主要原因。
Objective To assess the clinical value of coronary angiography with 64 slice computed tomography by retrospective ECG - gated tube current modulation. Methods 72 patients were performed coronary angiography with 64 slice computed tomography. Using the protocol of ECG - gated tube current modulation,images were reformatted and image quality was scored and assessed. For all lesion segments, the location,degree and plaques were identified. Results 40 patients had no lesions found; 26 were showed 52 isolated abnormal segments, 13 multiple segments; 6 were excluded due to severe artifacts and calcification. Conclusion Coronary angiography with 64 slice computed tomography by ECG -gated tube current modulation is able to acquire the desired diagnostic image quality, but because faster heart rates and the greater variability of heart rate during scanning, the image quality decrease obviously.
