介绍了马钢从德国引进7.63 m焦炉的基本技术参数,详细介绍了焦炉装煤程序的改进。分析了装煤难点和影响因素,结合现场情况总结了提高装煤量的经验和规律。
The basic technical parameters of 7.63 m coke oven battery imported from Germany by Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd were introduced. The improvement of coal charging procedure of the oven was presented in detail. The difficulty and influence factor on coal charging were analyzed. According to site situation, the experience and the law concerning improvement of coal charging amount were summarized.
