摘要 当前,劳动与社会保障专业实践教学管理明显落后于高等教育发展的形势和要求,还没有建立起科学的实践教学管理模式。"分类化"实践教学管理模式,首先从课程入手,根据课程的特点对现有实践教学课程进行科学分类,为科学管理奠定基础。在课程分类的基础上,不同类别的课程分别制定不同的教学大纲,明确不同类别实践课程的教学目标与要求,规范实践教学方案;在课程分类的基础上,确定各个类别实践课程的学生成绩考核方法和教师教学质量评价方法,实施科学、有效的教学评价。 At present, practical teaching management in specialty of labor and social security doesn't keep up with the situation and requirements of the development of higher education. We have not established the scientific of management mode of practical teaching. Classified management mode of practical teaching what is starting with the course firstly then conducted scientific classification in existing practice teaching course according to the characteristics of course can lay a foundation of scientific management. On this basis of course classification, we can respectively make the different syllabus according to the course of different category, make clear the target and requirement of teaching and regulate scheme of practical teaching. We can determine examination method of student grade and teaching service quality evaluation on the practical course of different category and practice the scientific and effective teaching evaluation.
