摘要
研究了不同气压条件下小功率直流继电器触点电弧的分断过程,发现气压的变化对分断电弧的燃弧过程有较大影响.近似真空下燃弧过程只有金属相;1.01×105Pa时两相转变过程明显;2.01×105Pa时的两相持续时间比较长.讨论了金属相、气体相持续时间与分断电流的关系,重点研究了电压平台的变化规律,发现电压平台是燃弧过程的一个固有特征,并验证了多级电压平台的存在.这些工作对电弧的机理研究是较好的补充和发展.
This paper investigates the burning process of break arc of small power DC relay under different air pressure conditions and finds out that the change of air pressure can influence much on the arc burning process. Under approximate vacuum the arc has only metal phase while the two-phase transition process under 1.01×10^5 Pa is obvious. The duration times of metal phase and gas phase are long under 2.01×10^5 Pa. It also draws some conclusions on the relatives between the break current and duration times of metal phase and gas phase, pays heavy attentions on the change law of voltage flat, finds out that the voltage flat is one inherent characteristic of arc burning process and proves the exist of multi-voltage flat. Its work will be a good supplement and development for the mechanism research of break arc.
