摘要
分析了烧结粉体粒度、烧结方法和添加剂等三个主要因素对氧化铝陶瓷低温烧结性能的影响,对目前烧结工艺中存在的经验式搭配粉料、制定烧结曲线等缺陷提出了改进建议,提出了正交实验和有限元分析数值模拟技术相结合的科学烧结方法。
The main influence factor of powder granularity, sintering methods and additive on low temperature sintering for ceramics were analyzed in this paper, the experience powder-type and sintering curve defects that existed in sintering process were given improvements, made orthogonal experiment and finite element analysis numerical simulation technique combines as science sintering method.
