摘要
难治性肾病综合征患者病势缠绵难愈,水肿反复不消,而广西地区患者受环境影响,表现多以湿热证为主。史伟教授运用辛开苦降法治疗,并根据病邪所在部位及病势灵活选用诸多苦辛药物,获得不错的临床疗效。重点介绍了史伟教授以辛开苦降法论治难治性肾病综合征水肿的经验,以供临床参考。
Refractory nephritic syndrome is hard to be cured and the process is long, the edema is repeated. Influenced by the environment, the persons in Guangxi are manifestated mainly as damp-heat syndrome. The Professor WeiShi has obtained good clinic effect, by using the therapy of＂ Xin kai ku jiang＂, and neatly choosing many pungent and bitter drugs according to the position and the seriousness of disease. This scrap introduces the experience that Professor WeiShi uses the therapy of＂ Xin kai ku jiang＂ to treat the edema caused by Refractory nephritic syndrome.
