摘要
实行开放式研究性教学是培养研究生实践能力与创新能力的重要途径。青岛大学通过成立青岛发展研究中心,在组织师生为地方建设提供咨询服务和开展课题研究的同时,也培养了一批“研究型教师”,为实行开放式研究性教学创造了条件。开放式研究性教学既可运用于课堂教学和实践教学环节,也可组织学生直接参与为地方建设服务的课题研究与咨询服务。实行开放式研究性教学需要更新观念并进行有效地组织引导。
Adopting open and research-based teaching is an important way to train postgraduates' practical and innovative abilities. By establishing Development and Research Center of Qingdao in Qingdao University, teachers and students' offering consultation service for local construction and doing project research are organ- ized. At the same time, some research type teachers are trained. All conditions for adopting open and research based teaching are created. The open and research-based teaching not only can be used in class teaching and practical teaching procedure, hut also can organize students taking part in project research and consultation service for local construction directly. Adopting open and research-based teaching requires renewing concept and guiding effectively.
