摘要
根据硬质高岭土的特点,采用了漂白、煅烧、超细磨等深加工技术,大幅度地提高了硬质高岭土的白度和细度,扩大了硬质高岭土矿的应用领域。重点介绍了用深加工后的超细高岭土粉合成4A沸石的试验研究及小批量试生产结果,最终产品达到轻工部的标准,发展前景可观。
Based on the characteristics of kaolin in coal measures, the bleach, calcination and ultra-fine grinding deepening processing techniques were used, and thus their whiteness and grain size were increased greatly. Experimental research on synthesis of 4A-zeolite using ultra-fine kaolin obtained from deepening processing and production results gained were described. Final product achieved standard of light industry ministry.
