摘要 教学实践体现系统化总体设计的优势,突出从备课、备学员到目标设置、教学实施和考核评价,始终贯彻落实"以学员及其发展为本"理念的教学创新思想,展现以课程学习报告为重要任务促进自学和教学的特色。在教学上积极结合学员的生活与学习世界,联系学员的工作世界与"可能生活",调动学员内在的学习需求。 The advantage of overall systematization design of teaching creation practice is its emphasis on carrying out the idea of students and their development as the starting point from lesson preparation, student' s preparation to setting objectives, teaching implementation, and evaluation & assessment. Its characteristic is to present course learning report to facilitate self learning and teaching. In teaching, positively considering the students" world of real life and study, linking students" job world and possible life, the inner learning need is thus facilitated.
