摘要
目的通过测量冰袋采样和除湿机采样所得到的样品活度来探讨冰袋冷冻凝集空气中水样测氚方法的可行性。方法利用冰袋冷冻后能够凝集空气中水蒸气的原理来采集水样,并且在同一采样点同时开动除湿机采样,用低本底液体闪烁谱仪测量两水样中氚的放射性活度。结果两种采样方法采集得到的水样测量后得到的数值基本一致。经统计学处理,认为两组数据来自同一总体。结论冰袋凝集采样法能够用于实际的空气中水样采集,并有其特有的优点。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of method which measuring was used for 3H in water samples in air collected by ice-bag freezing agglutination by measuring the activity of samples obtained by ice bag and dehumidifier. Methods Water sample was collected by utilizing principle of icebag was able to agglutinate water vapor in air,moreover,at the same sampling point the dehumidifier was run.Intensity of radioactivity of 3H in water samples was measured by low background liquid scintillation spectrometer. Results Value obtained by two sampling methods coincided with each other.Base on the statistical treatment,we considered that the numerical data came from the same species. Conclusion The method of water sampling by ice-bag freezing agglutination is feasible, and have typical merit.
