摘要
通过壳聚糖与对氨基苯甲酰氯在超声波振荡下的酰化反应制备了对氨基苯甲酰壳聚糖.用红外光谱、紫外光谱方法对目标产物进行了结构表征.结果表明,产物具有对氨基苯甲酰壳聚糖的结构特征,并具有良好的溶解性能.抗菌实验表明,该产物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.1%,0.1%和1%,其抗菌活性随浓度的增加而增强,且优于壳聚糖.
A novel chitosan derivative was synthesized by the reaction of chitosan with p-aminobenzoyl chloride working under high-intensity ultrasound. The structure of the product was characterized. The results confirmed that amino groups on chitosan reacted with p-aminobenzoyl chloride to form the p-aminobenzoyl chitosan. The antibacterial assessment indicated that the minimum inhibitory concentration values of the product to Escherichia coil, Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger were 0. 1%, 0. 1 % and 1 %, respectively. It was also found that the antibacterial activity of the product was stronger than that of chitosan.
