摘要
考虑了轴系的变转动惯量、活塞与气缸间的非线性干摩擦和非线性弹性恢复力等因素,建立了柴油机轴系非线性动力学模型。利用数值积分法研究了非线性阻尼和转速等参数对柴油机轴系系统响应的影响。通过系统响应的时域波形图、幅值谱图、相轨迹图,分析了曲轴轴系的周期、拟周期、混沌等复杂的非线性动力学现象。结果表明:变转动惯量和活塞与气缸间的非线性干摩擦对发动机曲轴系统的非线性振动行为具有较大的影响。
A nonlinear dynamic model for crankshaft system of diesel engine ering varied inertia and nonlinear dry friction as well as nonlinear elasticity betwee was established by considn piston and cylinder. The effects of nonlinear damp and rotational speeds on response characteristics of crankshaft system of diesel engine were studied by using numerical integral method. Through the calculated time-response diagram, frequency-response diagram and phase trace diagram, the nonlinear dynamics motions, such as period, quasi-period and chaotic motion, were analyzed. The results show that the varied inertia and nonlinear dry friction between piston and cylinder have great effects on the nonlinear vibration of the crankshaft system.
