摘要
将蒙脱土(MMT)利用超声搅拌分散于碳化二亚胺改性的液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(L-MDI)中,采用反应挤出一步法制备了PUR/MMT增强增韧的PVC,并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,PUR、MMT的质量比为4∶1时,增韧效果最佳,PUR和MMT能协同增韧PVC,且MMT对PVC具有增强作用。当PVC、PUR、MMT质量比为100∶16∶4时,复合材料的综合性能最优,缺口冲击强度达到47.8kJ/m2,拉伸强度为58.2MPa,增强增韧PVC效果显著。
MMT was dispersed in liquefied MDI modified by carbodiimide (L - MDI) with ultrasonic wave irradiation technology and stirring operation, and the PVC material toughened with polyurethane(PUR)/montmorillonite(MMT) was prepared by onestep reactive extrusion technology. Its mechanical properties were studied. The results indicated that the optimum toughening effectiveness was acquired when the mass ratio of PUR to MMT was 4:1. Theie existed a synergism in toughening PVC for MMT and PUR, and MMT played a function of reinforcer. When the mass ratio of PVC to PUR to MMT was 100:16:4, the material was provided with the best comprehensive performance, its impact strength was 47.8 kJ/m2 and tensile strength was 58.2 MPa, which improved the PVC efficiently.
