摘要
恒压供水系统存在控制精度低、能耗大及成本高等缺点,提出基于DSP的恒压供水控制装置.采用DSP控制器采集压力传感器的水压信号、执行PID控制算法,构成闭环反馈控制系统,输出PWM信号控制逆变驱动芯片IR2130,控制逆变输出,达到水泵电动机变频调速目的.由于该控制装置采用DSP2812为核心控制器,使系统具有电路简单,运动安全可靠,动态响应速度快,达到节能的目的.
In the constant-voltage water-supply system, there exist such shortcomings as: lower controlling precision, high energy consumption and high cost, this paper proposes a set of control apparatus of constantvoltage water-supply system based on DSP. The DSP controller is used to collect the water hydraulic signal of hydraulic sensor, execute thePID control arithmetic, constitute the closed loop feedback control system, meanwhile, output the PWM signal to control the inverter driving chip IR2130, and the inverter output, finally, to realize the variable frequency speed regulation intent of pump motor. kind of controller in the core of DSP2812 to make the system featured by simple dynamic response, thus reaches the purpose of saving the energy.
