摘要
黄伞营养丰富,味道鲜美,在抗肿瘤、提高免疫功能等方面具有显著效果,是目前最具开发潜力的食药用真菌。本文对黄伞的生物学特性、营养成分与营养价值、活性物质、发酵提取物及其遗传机理等进行了概述,以期对其未来的研究提供理论基础。
Pholiota adiposa is very nutritious and delicious. It has a significant effect in anti-tumor, enhancing immune function and so on, and it is the most potential fresh medicinal fungi currently. This paper describes its biological characteristics, nutritional content and value, active substances, fermental extract, genetic mechanism and so on, so as to provide a theoretical basis for future research.
