摘要
目的:报告1例冻疮并神灯照射灼伤病例。方法:应用美宝湿润烧伤膏涂抹患处包扎治疗,同时口服头孢氨苄缓释胶囊抗感染。结果:治疗半个月后,病情好转,裂口处基本愈合,1个半月后痊愈,各手指活动恢复正常。结论:应用美宝湿润烧伤膏能活血化瘀,祛腐生肌,改善局部微循环,促进创面肉芽组织生成,实现创面生理性再生修复。
Objective： Reporting a case of chilblain patient combining with burns caused by lamp irradiation. Methods： MEBO was applied to the wound and then bandaging treatment. At the same time, Sustained Release Cefalexin Capsules were taken orally to anti - infection. Results ： A half month after treatment, the conditions of the case turned well and the wounds basically healed. One and a half month later, the wounds healed completely and all the fingers were recovered to normal function. Conclusion： MEBO was efficacious in activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, eliminating necrotic tissue, promoting tissue regeneration, improving local microeirculation, promoting wound granulation tissue formation and achieving wound physiological regeneration and repair.
