摘要
高校大学生具有个性特征,尤其是民办高校学生有不同于其他高校的个性特征和成因。应该了解其成因,并针对其个性特征,发挥思想政治教育的作用,采取应对的措施。当前,我们要高度重视大学生思想政治教育,创新性地做好大学生的思想政治教育工作。
This paper preliminarily analyzes personality characteristics and their causes of college students, particularly students in civilian-run colleges and universities, and according to their personality characteristics this paper also proposes countermeasures of playing a role in ideological and political education. At present, we should pay high attention on ideological and political education for college students, and innovatively accomplish this work.
