摘要
推进社会主义新农村建设必须加强对农民的教育,培育新型农民,因为农民是建设社会主义新农村的主体。当前我国农民由于受到教育科学文化水平的限制,整体素质不高,缺乏职业技能,经营管理能力不足,制约着农村经济的发展。在"新农村建设"中要采取措施,积极培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。
To strengthen new rural communities construction calls for the intensified education for farmers and the cultivation of new farmers, for farmers are the main body in the construction of new socialist countryside. Due to the limitation of educational, scientific and cultural level, the overall quality of the farmers in our country is not high; they lack professional skills, management capacity, which has restricted the development of the rural economy. In the ＂new rural communities construction＂, it is necessary to take measures to cultivate new farmers with enough literate, skill and management ability.
