摘要
在有限元软件MSC.MARC的基础上进行二次开发,建立非调钢轧后冷却过程的有限元模型。研究非调钢轧后冷却过程中的相变行为,重点研究不同规格和冷却速度对非调钢组织转变的影响。结果说明,随成品规格增大、冷却速度降低,铁素体体积分数增多,珠光体体积分数减少,晶粒度级别降低。为生产工艺控制提供依据。
Phase transformation of non-quenched steel cooling after rolling is studied by finite element method on basis of commercial software MSC. MARC. The research focus on the influence of different specifications and cooling rates on microstructure evolution grain sizes increase and pearlite fraction provided foundation for controlling of prod of non-quenched steel. The results show that the ferrite fraction and decrease when product size increase and cooling rate decrease, which uction technology.
