摘要
介绍了在纱线里嵌入不锈钢微丝开发抗静电轻薄牛仔织物的生产工序及关键技术,测试了所开发的抗静电牛仔织物的抗静电性能,并分析了影响其抗静电性能的因素。生产中应注意不锈钢微丝排列均匀,整经、浆纱、织造过程中防止嵌不锈钢丝经纱断缺经。
In this paper are introduced the working procedure and key technologyies in the development of anti static light jean by inserting stainless steel microwire into the yam. Its anti - static performances of this weave are tested and the factors affecting the anti - static function of this weave are also analyzed. Attensions in the warping, sizing and weaving of the stainless steel microwire to prevent ends breaking are put forward.
