摘要
在对碳纳米管基本结构介绍的基础上,对碳纳米管及基于碳管的纳米复合材料的制备方法和其非线性光学特性进行了分析,综述了近期碳纳米管复合材料在光学非线性特性方面的研究进展,并对其在光通信相关的应用做了展望。
In the paper, the basic structure of carbon nanotubes' is first introduced, and the preparation of carbon nanotubes and its composite materials and their nonlinear optical characteristics have been analyzed. Recent progress in this area is summarized, and their potential applications in optical communications are discussed.
