银杏叶防治大鼠肾小球硬化及肾小管-间质损害的实验研究 被引量:60

Experimental research of folium ginkgo in preventing glomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial damage in rats

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶对进行性肾小球硬化及肾小管-间质损害的防治作用。方法通过检测肾小球硬化指数、单位干重肾组织中羟脯氨酸含量以及肾小管-间质中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA+)细胞数三项指标以观察药物的作用。结果银杏叶预防治疗组的肾小球硬化指数和肾小管-间质PCNA+细胞数均明显低于未治疗的硬化组,治疗组单位干重肾组织内羟脯氨酸含量明显低于硬化组,但高于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。结论银杏叶预防性治疗可以明显减轻肾小球硬化和肾小管-间质损害。 Objective To investigate the effect of folium ginkgo in preventing gomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial damage in animal model of progressive glomerular sclerosisMethods The histologic changes of this model were similar to those of human focal segmental glomerulosclerosisThe following parameters were examined: sclerotic index of glomerulus,content of hydroxyproline in renal tissue and proliferating cells nuclear antigen(PCNA) positive nucleus counts in the tubulointerstitiumResults[WT5”BZ〗 Folium ginkgo treated group had significantly lower sclerotic index of glomerulus and PCNA positive nucleus counts in the tubulointerstitium than the sclerotic group at 12 weeks, content of hydroxyproline in renal tissue was lower in treated group than in sclerotic group,but higher than in control groupConclusion Folium ginkgo may ameliorate glomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial damage but may not completely prevent the occurrencing of this damage
