摘要
电话抽查是对岗位人员在位情况进行检查最为方便和快捷的一种方法。文章在分析电话抽查三个基本工作流程基础上,把CTI计算机电话集成技术和短信发送技术引入电话自动拨号、交互检测以及短信发送等流程,依托SQL Server 2000建立的数据库,通过Visual Basic.NET编写控制程序,构建一套电话自动抽查系统,有效解决值班员对小散远直单位或重要岗位人员进行电话抽查的问题。
Telephone check is a convenient and quick method of making a spot check for personal post. Having analyzed the three basic processes of telephone check, this paper proposes a specific telephone auto-check system, which uses CTI and SMS sending technology to control the process of telephone dialing, interactive checking as well as SMS sending, employs SQL Server 2000 to create the related database, and chooses Visual Basic.NET to develop a set of computer program. Finally, the problem of telephone check for small, dispersed, distant and affaliated unit or important post has been solved effectively and efficiently.
