KGM/ALG复合凝胶的降解性能影响因素研究

摘要 [目的]为魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)水溶胶的应用奠定基础。[方法]研究交联剂用量、酶浓度对KGM/ALG复合凝胶降解性能的影响。[结果]该凝胶可被含β-葡聚糖苷酶的纤维素酶降解,而不能被不含β-葡聚糖苷酶的胰酶等降解。水凝胶的平均降解速率随着交联剂用量增加而逐渐降低;随着酶浓度的增加,凝胶的降解速率逐渐升高。[结论]该水凝胶保持了KGM的生物可降解性;降低ALG含量及降低凝胶交联度均能增加凝胶的降解速率;酶浓度的增加能有效地提高凝胶的降解速率。 [ Objective ] The aim was to lay the foundation for the application of konjac glucomannan (KGM) hydrogel. [ Method ] Effects of the cross-linking agent dose and cellulase concentration on the hydrogels degradation performance were researched. [ Result ] This hydrogel could be degraded by cellulase with β-glucanase, but it couldnt be degraded by some enzymes such as pancreatin without-glucanase. The average degradation ratio increased with the decreasing dose of cross-linking agent or increasing concentration of cellulase. [ Conclusion ] This hydrogel maintained the biodegradability of KGM. The hydrogels degradation ratio can be increased by decreasing does of the cross-linking agent, or by decreasing content of ALG, or by increasing concentration of cellulose.
