摘要
目的:观察稳心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法:选择CHF患者60例,随机分成2组,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上口服步长稳心颗粒。分别于服药前,服药后8周行6min步行距离测量;超声心动图检测;血浆BNP的测定。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,心脏的收缩及舒张功能改善更加明显,血浆BNP减少的程度更大。结论:步长稳心颗粒联合常规抗CHF治疗,能减少CHF患者血浆BNP水平,改善心脏功能。
Objective：To study the effect of Wenxin Keli on cardiac function and plasma brain natrium peptide （BNP） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Method： A total of 60 CHF patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, control group（treated with anti heart-failure drugs for 8 weeks） and treatment group （treated with anti- heart-failure drugs as well as Wenxin Keli for 8 weeks）. Six-minute hall walk, echocardiogram, plasma BNP were determined before and after the treatment. Result： There were significant improvement of cardiac function and decrease of the plasma BNP in the treatment group, compared with the control group. Conclusion..Wenxin Keli combined with anti-heart-failure drugs could improve cardiac function and reduce plasma BNP level in patients with CHF.
