摘要
通过对搅拌铸造原位合成的Al3Fe/Al复合材料的反应动力学进行分析和研究,发现采取外加Fe粉与Al熔体搅拌,原位反应合成Al3Fe/Al复合材料;Fe与Al完全反应生成金属间化合物所需的时间,与粉末在熔体中形成的粉末团尺寸大小有平方关系;改良粉末加入方式、减小粉末在熔体中形成的粉末团初始尺寸,可显著提高反应速度,改善复合材料的组织结构。
Through analyzing and studying the reaction kinetics on in-situ Al3Fe/Al composites made by stirring casting, it was found that the time of Fe and Al complete response to form in-situ intermetallic compound to strengthening the Al matrix by adding Fe powder into to Al melt with mixing way has a square relations with the formed Fe powder size in melt. Improving the adding powder way, and decreasing the initial group size of Fe powder in the melt, can significantly increase the reaction rate and improve the structure of composite materials.
