摘要
近年来变形镁合金得到了广泛的研究和应用,大变形(Serve Plastic Deformation)技术为新型高性能变形镁合金提供合格的挤压料。介绍了镁合金的大塑性变形挤压的最新工艺,如等通道挤压、往复挤压、S形等径侧向挤压、大比率挤压等的基本原理、特点和应用,剖析了三种可能的晶粒细化机制,如再结晶细化、孪生细化和剪切带细化;指出了当前镁合金SPD挤压技术存在的问题及今后的发展方向。
The wrought magnesium with high performance has been studied and used broadly in recent years. The qualified billets of wrought magnesium are supplied by SPD technology. The latest developments of the SPD technologies of magnesium alloys are introduced, such as the ECAE, CEC, S-type lateral extrusion and HRE are briefly described. Three types of mechanism of grain refinement for SPD are analyzed, including recrystallization, twin refining and shear-zone refining. Existing problems and challenges are indicated and the solutions are proposed.
