摘要
目的:探讨利用兔胫骨干骺端骨缺损模型在研究骨代用品成骨效能,降解反应中的优缺点。方法:制备兔胫骨干骺端骨缺损模型,放入骨代用品,一定时间点后取样。作放射学,组织形态学及荧光染色观察。结果:通过放射学,组织形态学及荧光染色观察,利用该模型可清楚地观察到骨代用品的成骨能力及降解特性。结论:采用兔胫骨干骺端骨缺损模型,解剖部位相对恒定,能提供足够的空间反映出骨代用品的成骨效能及降解反应。
Objective: To approach the rabbit metaphyseal defect model, and it's forte in the researches to evaluate osteogenic properties and their resorption or degradation of bone graft substitues, Method:The rabbit metaphyseal defect modle was established,filled with bone graft substitues.A certain period of time later, the animals were sacrificed to obtain ground sections for Backscatter scanning electron micrographs, histology, histomorphometry and fluorescence o bservation. Result: The animal model showed bone graft substitues could support bone formation in the marrow cavity. The osteogenic properties and their resorption or degradation of bone graft substitues can be observed clearly. Conclusion: the rabbit metaphyseal defect model can be served as a reliable model to evaluate osteogenic properties and their resorption or degradation of bone graft substitues, as well as marrow cavity restoration.
