摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病可引起心肌细胞的不可逆性改变,干细胞移植治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病能改善心脏功能,但其机制尚不完全清楚,可能与心肌再生、血管新生、心脏结构重建和干细胞旁分泌等作用相关联。文章针对干细胞移植技术、生物学特点、移植途径等进行综述,并具体分析了干细胞移植成功的判断,干细胞改善心脏功能的机制以及干细胞移植的安全性等问题。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can cause irreversible myocardial cells change. Stem cell transplantation for the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can improve cardiac function, but its mechanism is not yet entirely clear and may be associated with myocardial regeneration, angiogenesis, cardiac structure reconstruction and stern cell paracrine effects. This study reviewed stem cell transplantation technology, biological characteristics, transplantation approaches, and specifically analyzed the determination of successful stem cell transplantation, the mechanism of stern cells to improve cardiac function, and security questions for stem cell transplantation.
