摘要
阐述了基于项目能力成熟度模型(PMMM)的风险控制原理,提出了一个新的基于PMMM的科研项目风险优化模型,基于动态规划法设计了资源分配的计算方法。初步的实际案例验证表明,该模型和方法是有效的,值得在更大规模的项目管理中应用、验证。
The authors of this paper elaborate the basic principles of risk control based on Project Management Maturity Model （PMMM）, and proposes a novel model of risk optimal control of scientific projects based on PMMM. A method employing dynamic programming for the allocation of resource is suggested, whose applicability is validated in practical examples.
